The Diesel who would be Jester.
As much as I would like to say that the name Diesel Jester was a cool steampunk/dieselpunk name that I’d come up with on the fly in order to publish. nothing could be further from the truth. I’d acquired the nickname of Diesel when I was a freshman in high school as I’d always be charging into things much like a diesel truck, regardless of the situation. Fast forward a few years to a new state and a new high school where I got even more involved with drama and became a bit of a class clown. Hence the last part of the name, Jester.
How long have I been writing?
I’ve been writing since I was 12 when my middle school English teacher introduced us to Chris Van Allsburg’s “The Mysteries of Harris Burdick” and then told us to pick a picture and write about it. I was hooked after that. I tried different formats over time: children’s/teen’s books, plays, scripts, screenplays, short stories, epic novels. I got lost in the different worlds that I would create and expand upon.
Eventually I found a good outlet for my creativity with gaming, play by email, and fan fiction. I’ve regularly written Fan Fic for Star Trek, Star Wars, Battletech, World of Darkness, World of Warcraft, as well as a few others. Throughout all of this, my strongest passion has always been writing erotica or putting erotic elements into my stories (I really pushed and/or broke boundaries within Star Trek). A lot of people told me that my stories were good (not that I really believed them, of course) and that I should get published.
So I eventually took a leap of faith and started putting stories up on Literotica.Com which eventually led me here to Steam.
The rest, as they say, is history.
Who am I?
I am a gamer, I am an actor, I am a dreamer, and I am a writer. I am the geek in the back of the classroom who spent his time making up stories rather than pay attention to the teacher. I am the nerd who was heavily into games, movies, play productions, and TV, and who can quote you under the table. I am the bookworm who’d rather spend his time reading rather than doing anything else.
I am Diesel Jester and I am a steampunk erotica author.
As Sgt. Bilko put it: “It’s so crazy it might actually work.”
